Amari’s first official words were "Hiiiiii Kitty" She loves Zoey and for whatever reason Zoey loves her. Zoey has never loved anyone. She is anti social, she will only let you pet her on her terms and she is very vocal. BUT she not only puts up with Amari’s hugging and kissing she will even come to Amari looking for affection. I don’t get it. Then Jack just lies around doing nothing.

Wish list
This is what I dream about at night. Sad but true. My birthday is coming up, well ok it's 3 months away but I can't stop thinking about it because it's kind of a big one. I'm not ready to be 29 (35). It makes me feel old. I feel like there is so much more I should have done by now. There are all of these things I wished I would do or things I wished I would have. What if I don't have time to get it all done? I mean how am I supposed to join the Peace Corps with 2 kids? I think it would be hard to play tambourine in a band with a baby. How will I ever win an Oscar if I have no time to go on auditions? I guess maybe I will have to rethink my wish list. I already have a way better husband than I ever thought I would and my kids are way smarter than any I could have produced. So look out for my new wish list, one for the next 29 (35) years. I think I will start it with the Mac book Pro!
A day in Humphrey NE
I have been meaning to blog about this for sometime… A few weeks ago we went to Humphrey for a family reunion for Donnie’s mother’s side of the family. There were a ton of people and I don’t think I met any of them. I don’t know how that happens. Anyway the highlight of the day was when Uncle Doug brought a team of horses and took the kids for a ride around the town. Ava though that was pretty cool and I got to nuzzle with a fuzzy horse for a little bit. The other thing that impressed me was the facelift that Humphrey St. Frances church received. There is new carpet, newly painted pillars and all of the murals were cleaned and repainted, back in May we were able to see the painters at work cleaning and retouching. It is truly amazing what they did and all of this was done in time for the St. Francis 125th birthday celebration. Hopefully I will get more shots of the church posted soon. Oh and it was Kenton’s 4th birthday the day. You can really pack a lot of stuff in one day.
