Thira is one!

Today is Thiras first birthday.  This last year has gone by so quickly.  She has come a long way from the 1.5 lb panda baby to the 100 lb 31 inch tall girl she is now.  She is pretty well trained but still gets excited to see new people.  She loves her antlers to chew on, sneaking into bed when Donnie isn't looking, LOVEs Skittles candy and sitting on mommy's lap.  I feel blessed that I have a husband who is willing to put up with my madness when it comes to the animals.  It's has been a challenge to have a puppy and I feel no need to ever have another one again :-)  Rescues from now on...

All in all we had a great vacation.  The girls both did well on the flight, that was a relief.  We will see where vacation takes us next year.   Maybe a mouse will be involved?

The Ava Show

Ava turned 7 in March and I feel bad that I haven't mentioned that here.  It was a good birthday.  I didn't have to work, she had lots of visitors through out the day and she got a piano (keyboard) to start her family band.  

PRESENTS!

Last night was her school music program.  She has been SUPER excited about this performance.  I was supposed to work but Laura was kind enough to work the first half of my shift for me.  I love it when Ava gets so excited about something.  The program was really good they all did a wonderful job.  I was a very proud mama.  :-)

My babies are getting big!  All of them.  Thira is 5 months old and 56.5 lbs.  Her training is coming along but we still have a long road.  She is so sweet sometimes and CRAZY.
